1. Scope and site operator

This Privacy Policy explains how War of Genesis: Idle Loot Wiki (the community site operator) handles information when you visit https://warofgenesis-idleloot.wiki/ or use its database and browser tools.

2. Information processed by the site

The site does not currently require an account, registration or login. Pages may be delivered through hosting infrastructure that records ordinary technical request information such as IP address, date and time, browser or device information, requested URL and error information. These logs are controlled by the relevant hosting or infrastructure provider and are retained according to that provider's policies.

The site loads published game data and interface assets from the same website. The current application does not intentionally collect a profile database or sell personal information.

3. Browser-local storage and imported files

Some Companion features store settings, history, calibration values and other tool state in your browser's localStorage. This information remains on the device and browser where it was created unless you clear it or otherwise export or share it.

When you choose to import a local profile or save file, the file is processed by the browser for the requested tool workflow. Do not select a file that you do not want the browser tool to read. The site does not require a cloud upload for the profile import workflow.

4. Local Runtime Bridge

The optional Companion Runtime Bridge can connect from your browser to a supported local War of Genesis runtime on your own computer. This local connection is initiated by the Companion tool, not by ordinary visits to the homepage or database pages.

Information read through the local bridge is used to provide the requested tool experience. You are responsible for the local game process, files and permissions on your device.

5. Analytics services

The site uses Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity to understand page usage, diagnose usability issues and improve the community resource. These services may process information such as device and browser characteristics, page views, interaction events, approximate location derived from network information and identifiers stored in cookies or similar technologies.

Google and Microsoft process information under their own privacy policies. The site operator does not use these services to create an account system for the site. Your browser settings, extensions and the providers' available controls may limit or disable analytics technologies.

6. Cookies and similar technologies

Analytics services may set or read cookies or similar identifiers. The Companion also uses browser storage for tool functionality. You can clear cookies and local storage through your browser settings; doing so may reset locally saved tool data.

7. Third-party links and security

The site may link to game, marketplace, hosting, documentation or other third-party websites. Their privacy practices are controlled by those third parties. Review their policies before submitting information.

Reasonable technical measures are used for the site, but no website or browser transmission can be guaranteed completely secure. Do not upload secrets, passwords, access tokens or other sensitive information to a public website.

8. Requests and policy updates

For privacy questions or requests relating to information handled by the site operator, email contact@warofgenesis-idleloot.wiki. Requests may require enough information to identify the relevant issue, but you should not send passwords or other unnecessary sensitive information.
